Catherine Liles works closely with the Finance team; providing guidance on financial matters impacting the company.  As part of the corporate leadership team and ownership, Catherine Liles collaborates with the other Corporate Officers on long range strategic objectives to ensure XGen DJB’s continued success as a family owned and operated entity.

Catherine joined the company in 1987, as an administrative assistant to a Vice President. Catherine has held many different roles within the financial areas of the organization and currently serves as Chief Administration Officer and Treasurer. In her tenure, Catherine has been at the forefront of many strategic initiatives to ensure XGen DJB remains the vibrant and personal organization her father, Dan Badia, envisioned when he began the company.

Catherine studied Business Administration and Management with honors while at the University of the Ozarks. She is a lifelong learner and has continued her education with studies at Cornell University, Elmira College and The Center for Professional Advancement as well as many strategic conferences and shows. In addition, Catherine is actively involved in supporting and maintaining the Women Owned Business National Council (WBENC).
